South Georgia shag : ウィキペディア英語版 | South Georgia shag
The South Georgia shag (''Phalacrocorax atriceps georgianus ''), also known as the South Georgia cormorant, is a marine cormorant native to South Georgia and a few other subantarctic islands in the South Atlantic Ocean. ==Taxonomy and distribution== The South Georgia shag is one of the blue-eyed shags, sometimes placed in the genera ''Leucocarbo'', and a subspecies of the imperial shag. It is often treated as a full species. It is also sometimes considered to be restricted to South Georgia and Shag Rocks, with populations in the South Sandwich Islands and South Orkney Islands referred to the Antarctic shag (''P. atriceps bransfieldensis'').
